There's no magic potion... Well, legal ones anyway

When it comes to seeing success, you really do get out what you put in. If you put work in every day, you’ll see greater results than what you see working out 3 times per week. If you keep protein high, you’ll see greater results than what you would see with moderate amounts. If you include creatine in your shakes, you will see greater results in terms of strength, size and overall performance.
I know it sounds obvious, but it’s true that if you want to see life changing results, you have to put the work in, in diet and training.
There’s no magic supplement, (Other than the illegal ones that you cheat with and risk long term effects on your body).
You have to really tune your mindset if you want to see life changing results. There is no shortcuts. You will go through periods where the gym is harder than others. If you are trying to lose weight, you will go through periods where dieting seems very difficult. You will go through times when your body doesn’t seem to be changing anymore and muscle growth has halted.
However, it is all a process that is worth it not only in terms of the way you look, but the way you feel, higher energy levels, happiness, confidence and general health. Your body will thank you and you are probably adding years onto your life.
Don’t expect amazing results if you’re not putting the work in. Put the work in, both inside of the gym and the kitchen. If the game was easy everybody would be winning.
