Fish oils-The Benefits

Fish oils have lots of major benefits to our health. If you consume enough within your diet, great work! But, if you’re not the biggest fish fan, you’ll probably want to look at supplementing this.
Fish Oils (Eicoapentaenoic acid (EPA), Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)), have a great amount of researched backed benefits. They are so useful that pharmacies tried to patent them.
Benefits of these amazing oils include reducing high blood pressure, reducing cholesterol, reduced chances of Stroke/DVT, and they also help with heart rhythm.
Further benefits include being an anti-inflammatory, can improve depression symptoms and they can also facilitate in weight loss! Pretty amazing, huh!
They’ve also been shown to increase size and strength gains!
They really are an amazing thing to include in your diet. However, you do need to be careful not to take too much as if you do, they may have a bad effect with blood thinning, and we do not want that. Take the recommended daily amount on the pack. Like I say, if you’re already eating plenty of oily fish, you won’t need to supplement as you will probably be getting enough to see the benefits, but research this to check.
Vegetarian sources also exist (Algae).
