I’m David, and I own Revolution Fitness. I believe a healthy body is the key to a happy life, so I'm dedicated to helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Not only am I a Personal Trainer of 11 year, I'm a MNU Certified Nutritionist, mentored by Martin MacDonald, one of the health industries most esteemed nutrition professionals. I have learnt from the best to give my clients the best possible results, that are evidence based.

 I currently train clients both online and in person from the luxurious gym that is Seven, and Champs gym, both located in Al Quoz in Dubai.

I’ve spent the last 11 years helping and educating clients of all different ages and fitness levels on how to improve their fitness to make them feel healthier, happier and more confident. Since I began training clients, I’ve constantly been expanding my knowledge and experience to ensure that I can best advise you on your journey to achieving your dream results. I offer a combined fitness program that includes not only expert training assistance but also nutrition advice too.

I always aim to make every fitness journey as enjoyable and as simple as possible to keep motivation high, and each programme is tailormade to suit each client. I don’t want the changes I make to your life to be temporary, so you must enjoy them enough to continue them outside our sessions. 

I create personalised exercise programmes that you’ll look forward to doing and a personalised diet that you can stick to and won’t see as a chore.
