I believe a healthy body is the key to a happy life and here at Revolution Fitness we are passionate in helping you achieve your goals. I have spent the last 10 years helping people do exactly that and in doing so, have helped those people change their lifestyle choices completely, leaving them healthier, happier and more confident. 
We aim to make the process as enjoyable and simple as possible to keep motivation high and we target to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle so it's not just a temporary change. Here at Revolution Fitness we don't believe in fad diets which result in temporary results, we believe in making long term changes. This means giving you a personalised exercise programme that you enjoy and look forward to doing, and a personalised diet that you can stick to and don't see as a chore.

After 24 years of never setting foot in a gym, I thought it was time. Signed up with David for some PT sessions and he made me feel really at ease from day 1 and have been very happy with what he does. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and designed a personalised programme for me along with a diet plan. He has been and still is, incredibly supportive and actively encourages you both in the gym and outside of it even when you are not in the mood. He ensures you stay on track with weekly targets and monthly health checks so you are always seeing results. He’s very knowledgeable, always on hand to answer any questions and you can tell he loves what he does. Would 100% recommend David to anyone who is starting at the gym, wanting to lose weight or generally get fitter and healthier.
